Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended for our guided tours, tastings, and specialty experiences to ensure availability. While some experiences are available on a walk-in basis, reservations are required for select experiences such as our Tour & Tasting, The Art of Pairing, Terrace Experience, and Mari Picnics.

Where do I make a reservation for a tour or experience?

Reservations for tours, tastings, and experiences can be made through our online reservation system, Mari Vineyards Reservations

How early should I arrive for my reservation or tour?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This allows time for parking, check-in, and getting settled before your experience begins.

What experiences require a reservation?

Can I walk in for a tasting or tour?

Yes, some experiences are available on walk-in basis depending on availability. Guests can also enjoy the tasting room, patio, or lawn without a reservation.

When are you the busiest?

Our busiest times are typically Friday through Sunday, July through October. Reservations are strongly recommended during this time.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, children are welcome at Mari Vineyards. Guests must be 21 or older to participate in wine tastings.

Is Mari Vineyard pet friendly?

Yes, we love pets! Pets are welcome in designated areas of the property. Please keep pets leashed and respectful of other guests.

Is Mari open year-round?

Yes! Please check our website for our hours as they change with the seasons. Please note that on select holidays we have adjusted hours and/or are closed, including Easter, July 4th (early closing), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (early closing) and New Year’s Day.

Do you offer food?

Yes, Mari Vineyards offers Italian-inspired food options, designed to pair with our estate-grown wines. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. View our current menu offerings here.

Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?

Mari’s B&B’s will be opening in 2027, offering luxurious accommodations nestled on the estate property, featuring nine king guest rooms across three beautifully appointed buildings. Guests enjoy premium amenities including a fitness room, sauna, concierge service, evening wine tastings, full gourmet breakfast, and cozy fireplaces, creating an unforgettable retreat experience. The property also includes additional event space, making it an ideal destination for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.

What kind of wine do you have?

Mari specializes in Italian-inspired wines crafted from 24 different grape varietals. Whether it’s still, sparkling, dry or sweet, every bottle is made exclusively from our own grapes, showcasing the unique character of our land and the traditions that inspire our winemaking.

How do I order wine?

What does estate-grown mean?

Estate-grown means the grapes are grown, harvested, and crafted into wine from the same property. At Mari Vineyards, every bottle is made exclusively from grapes grown on our own estate vineyards.

What is an AVA?

AVA stands for American Viticultural Area, a designated wine-growing region recognized for its unique geography, climate, and growing conditions. Mari is in the Old Mission Peninsula AVA.

What is terroir?

Terroir describes how the land, soil, climate, and environment influence the character and flavor of a wine. At Mari Vineyards, our Old Mission Peninsula terroir plays an important role in shaping each bottle.

Do you host weddings?

Yes! Mari Vineyards offers a beautiful setting for weddings and private celebrations ranging in size from intimate events up to 150 guests. Learn more about our event offerings.

Can you assist with accommodations?

With our B&B opening in 2027, our B&B will offer luxury accommodations for your wedding or private event.
