The Jamieson Riesling finds the balance between acid and residual sugar, working within vintage variation, and orchestrates harmony between both bright and lush flavors. This Riesling is a pinnacle of white winemaking on Old Mission.

The Scriptorium Riesling Riesling was first planted on OMP in 1974 and has since become the preeminent white grape on the Peninsula. Our house Halbtrocken Riesling is named after the great rooms where monks transcribed manuscripts to preserve winemaking knowledge still used today. Zippy acid wrapped in lees and alive with fruit.

Late Harvest translates to Spätlese, which is German for “a special selection of the ripest grapes of the harvest”. This vintage features ripe notes of tangerine, peach, and grapefruit. A delicate acid dances across your tongue on the finish. The 2023 Late Harvest contains about half of the residual sugar compared to the regional style with a present acid tension—striking a harmoniously balanced chord.
