Showcasing some of our most unique wines the Bestiary series inhibits, this deal offers the Bestiary Ramato, Bestiary Ambra, and Bestiary Red. 

Bestiary Ramato is our skin-contact Pinot Grigio, showcasing an orange hue with honeyed pecan and earl grey tea flavor notes. You haven't tasted an orange wine like this before!

Bestiary Ambra is made with 75% Malvasia Bianca, one of our most beloved and unique varieties we grown, and splashes of our estate Pinot Grigio and Sauv Blanc. With light skin contact, this wine offers a botanical experience in the glass with notes of Elderflower and Lemon Verbena.

Bestiary Red blends Gamay Noir and our beloved Italian variety Lagrein together in a subtly spicy, wild expression of what a cooler vintage can bring this dynamic duo of reds.
