Welcome to the New Villa Mari Vineyards Website
We would like to welcome you to our new website and let you know who we are and what you can expect from Villa Mari Vineyards. First, to give you a little history, we began our journey into winegrowing during the summer of 1999 by planting our first vineyard. With the strong support of local wineries and the community, we have been able to grow over 20 acres of vineyards on Old Mission Peninsula and have started construction of our new winery.

The Curse of Oak Island
When Marty and Alex Lagina are not spending all of their time working on the wines for Villa Mari Vineyards, they are busy searching for lost treasure. In 2013, they spent a good portion of the summer on Oak Island, which is a small island off the eastern coast of Nova Scotia in Canada. Continue »
